Sugar Hill comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it the perfect setting for a musician’s retreat, family gathering, or group escape with room to breathe. Inside the main house, you’ll find three full bedrooms — one featuring a private ensuite and its own hot tub for a little extra indulgence — plus a spacious den outfitted with four custom-built queen bunk beds, ideal for larger groups or late-night hangs. Each room is equipped with its own TV, so everyone can unwind their own way.
