Sugar Hill was purchased in February 2025. What followed was a massive renovation project that was meant to elevate what was already a beautiful cabin and return it to its outlaw roots. The house had a tunnel underneath that was finished, but underutilized. We hoped to create a property that would bring musicians from Nashville and beyond to the Tennessee country side, with the hopes that it would inspire them to write the next big hit. We partnered with BB Designs, headed by Brooke Oleksy, who shared our vision. The end result took our breath away as we were left with one of the most beautiful cabins we have ever seen. Our dream of having a truly hidden speakeasy was realized, and made all the better by the fact that it sits in an underground tunnel that had been once used for nefarious purposes. We wanted to take an opportunity to thank everyone that worked on the project, and show off just a little bit of their work.
